Sand Olive description:
Sand Olive is situated in one of the most beautiful valleys in the world.

It is within walking distance of the magnificent Noordhoek beach and has a breath-taking view of Chapmans Peak mountain.

The local birds flourish in the established indigenous garden and a large fishpond adds to the natural bio-diversity of the garden.

A charcoal swimming pool is situated in the back garden, which is wind sheltered and completely private.

Sand Olive can sleep eight guests.

Sand Olive is only available during Western Cape school holidays.

There is a Minimum Stay requirement of 10 nights during the December holidays and five nights for the other holidays.

The downstairs level consists of a lounge, dining room, kitchen, two-bedrooms and a bathroom.

The kitchen, dining room and lounge are open-plan.

The lounge has sliding doors leading outside to a covered patio and the garden.

The one bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom a three-quarter bed and TV.

The bathroom has a shower, bath and toilet.

There is also an outside shower.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with a gas hob, eye-level oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

The Lounge has a fireplace and a TV.

DStv, M-Net, DVD player, Video player, Music system are available.

The upstairs level consists of two-bedrooms and one bathroom.

The large main bedroom has a double bed and a wonderful view of Chapmans Peak mountain.

It has a door leading out to a large balcony and the bathroom is en-suite.

The other bedroom has a three-quarter bunk bed.

The bathroom has a shower, bath and toilet.

Linen and bathroom towels are provided.

Daily or weekly cleaning services can be provided at extra cost.

A discounted rate will be given for longer stays.

Children are most welcome.

Suitable for children who can swim, as the swimming pool and pond are not enclosed.
