The house is a recently renovated and refurbished, freestanding property set in a pleasant leafy garden.

Access to the property is via an automated remote controlled gate, with garage and driveway parking directly outside the house.

Two with twin beds, which share a bathroom and one with a double bed, which has an en-suite shower.

In addition there is a large L-shaped open plan sitting room, dining area and fully equipped, newly installed kitchen.

All rooms are tastefully furnished and decorated.

One bedroom is at the front of the house, with a sweeping view of the garden and park; the other two bedrooms have French doors which open out onto the sunny back garden with the plunge pool.

The kitchen also has French doors which open out to the back of the house onto a courtyard (equipped with outdoor table and chairs).

A convenient and perfect venue for outdoor meals and barbecues.

For the convenience of guests there is a small laundry off the kitchen.

The house is ideal for long or short stays.

Peaceful, comfortable accommodation and positioned to provide convenient and easy access to major freeways leading to all parts of Cape Town, Atlantic Seaboard, the V and A Waterfront and City Centre.

Southern Suburbs and all the attractions right down to Cape Point are accessible, Northern Suburbs (with places like Canal Walk) and further out to other places of interest, such as the Winelands of the surrounding areas.

Nearby are three major hospitals (Vincent Pallotti, Red Cross Children’s Hospital, and Groote Schuur).

There are also many other hospitals in adjacent areas that are easily accessed from Pinelands.
