The house has three bedrooms: the main bedroom with an antique brass double bed opens up onto the back garden and boasts an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower ( lime washed wooden finishes).

The second bedroom is also en suite with twin beds and a bathroom with shower.

The third bedroom has twin beds and has its own off suite bathroom with bath.

A sunny compact kitchen area has all the necessary conveniences one needs on holiday, (dishwasher, washing machine and tumble-dryer) and leads into a spacious open-plan living and dining area with antique wooden furniture.

TV, DVD player and portable music system all feature.

The original artwork of local Kommetjie resident Ashley Vincent flows beautifully throughout the house.

The garden area has a delightful outdoor shower, very convenient when coming home from the beach or on a warm starry evening.

A trampoline, swings and a unique tree-house make this house a perfect destination for a family.

Oceans Rest is 300 metres from Long Beach one of the most beautiful stretches of unspoilt beach on our coastline, with a view across to Chapmans Peak, Hout Bay and the back of table Mountain.

There is an interesting walk along this beach to the remains of a shipwreck the Kakapo.

You will be able to get most essentials in the Kommetjie Village and Longbeach mall is a short drive away.

There are a myriad of activities to do in and around Kommetjie from surfing, hiking, sea-kayaking,  through to the endless places to visit in the city, Waterfront and Cape Winelands.
