A "Hotel called White"… a sophisticated, simple, yet stylish apartment in Cape Town.

We love her for the views in the mountain, the horses training in the morning, the bird life at our doorstep and the wetlands we overlook.

This is a very special place that gives us much joy and peace of mind.

We hope for you to share this joy and the beautiful energy as you share with us this space.

The apartment has a true sense of tranquility as from the lounge, kitchen, main bedroom and verandah one looks out on a local wetland with bird life all year round.

Facilities include a lounge, dining area, a master bedroom with queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, a second bathroom, large kitchen with full cooking facilities, daily maid service available on request.

The wetlands; the apartment overlooks a special wetland area, which has over 232 recorded plant species.

Of these, 22 have red data status.

The area represents the greatest number of succulents per unit area than any similar sized remnant on the Cape Flats or Cape Peninsula.

The bird life; the bird life on this wetland is wonderful and one can sit on the verandah and observe birds all day.

Bring your binoculars.

The city; in off-peak traffic it will take you about 20 minutes to drive into the heart of the city.

Beach; the closest beach (aptly named Sunset Beach) is about three minutes away.

It is the only beach with such a majestic view of Table Mountain.

Golf; the Milnerton Golf Course is also about three minutes away.

This is a great course with a number of fairways along the edge of the ocean.

Shopping; there is +- ten shopping malls within a ten kilometer radius including the exclusive Century Mall at Canal Walk.

This is one of South Africa’s premier shopping experiences.

The nearest shopping centre is the Paddocks, which is a mere 700m stroll.
