75 Glen Beach is a surprisingly large, sunny beach house with direct views of the surrounding beach and mountains.

It offers a large open-plan living area that spills outdoors onto the patio where you are greeted by serene mountains dressed with indigenous "fynbos", and accompanying beach views accross Glen Beach towards Simons Town harbour.

The upstairs area comprises of three double bedrooms, a bathroom with corner bath and separate shower, and a separate toilet with bidet.

The main double bedroom has sliding doors leading onto the balcony overlooking Elsies Peak, while the second double bedroom overlooks Glen Beach, Simons Town, and Black Hill.

The third double bedroom overlooks Glencairn Sanctuary and Glen Beach.

The fully-equipped kitchen downstairs consists of oven/stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, and crockery and cutlery for up to six guests.

An open-plan lounge and dining area is tastefully decorated and has terrace doors leading to the spacious patio with picturesque beach and mountain views and additional outdoor dining furniture, umbrella, and large barbecue facilities.

Bedroom and bathroom linen are provided, and the beach house is serviced once weekly.
