The apartment provides secure parking for one vehicle, and there is additional visitor parking within the complex.

The two bedroom apartment is well equipped for self-catering and comfortably furnished for business or pleasure trips to Cape Town.

There is an open-plan kitchen to lounge area with a balcony, which is also accessible from the main bedroom.

There is a washing machine in the apartment.

The apartment comfortably accommodates five people in one queen bed, one double bed, and a sleeper couch in the lounge.

There is always a welcome pack with tea, coffee, sugar, and creamer in the well equipped kitchen, as well as a jug of cold water in the fridge and full ice trays in the freezer.
