We can accommodate eight guests.

Guests can enjoy the comfort of this home which is only 20 meters from the beach.

Upstairs you can expect the main bedroom with queen size bed and spectacular views of Melkbosstrand beach.

Full en-suite with overall bath.

Second bedroom with king size bed, sliding door walking onto the deck and access to full guest bathroom.

Open-plan kitchen and living area leading out onto a sun soaked deck which allows for spectacular 180 degrees postcard views of Melkbosstrand beach and Table Mountain.

The deck has a newly built-in braai facility with additional Webber and codec equipment.

Kitchen fully-equipped with gas stove and all necessary appliances including dishwasher.

Upon entering the home downstairs you will find a reception and large dining area with seating for 12 people and sliding door out onto the swimming pool deck.

Bedroom three with king size bed or alternatively moved apart as two single beds with sliding door onto the swimming pool deck, en suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.

Bedroom four with two single bunk beds and outside door, en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.

Satellite TV restricted channels, double garage, solar heated swimming pool and wooden deck.

Access control ensures un-compromised security, with full alarm system which can be activated for total peace of mind.

Pin coded safe installed for safekeeping of other valuables.

Restaurants: Cape Town is well known for a range of quality Restaurants, however within walking distance you can start by enjoying the Melkbos beachfront Restaurants already on your doorstep.

Golf: Atlantic Beach Golf Estate 2.

5 km not to mention a list of other top class Golf courses in relatively close distances Shopping: Canalwalk Century City and Tygervelley Shopping Centre are both within a 20 minutes drive.

Wine Farms: The Durbanville Wine route starts a mere 15 minutes drive from Melkbos.
