The living area features sliding doors and windows which have retractable solar blinds.

These blinds cut out excessive heat and glare in summer, without impeding the view, and retains the house's north-facing warmth in winter thus ensuring sustainable energy usage.

Two of the three bedrooms have sea views, and the house uses a solar geyser with electrical backup if required.
